A collection of images from some of the lesser trodden and shot fells of Cumbria. All are wonderfully peaceful and photogenic in their own right and quiet parts of the county that I have a great deal of affection for. Cross Fell is the highest here, High Cup Nick has some of the finest natural features in the UK, and Scout Scar has a rather haunting beauty to it that makes it a delight place to take your camera. Great places to head to on the busy days of summer when the Lake District is bustling with eager hikers from all over the world. Scout Scar is also my local running route and where I get my fell running fix when I have no time to get to the bigger fells of the Lake District per se.
