Landscape Images of the English Lake District

The secondary focus of my photography, conventional landscape images of the Lake District. As much as I enjoy shooting human subjects in the landscape, it is pretty difficult to ignore the stunning beauty of this rugged setting and here my images attempt to capture elements of this. With a preference for the bigger mountains of the Lake District, fells such as Helvellyn, Great Gable, the Scafells, Blencathra, and the Langdale Pikes feature here. Numerous local artists tend to use these sorts of images to draw and paint from, while other photographs are used by local guide book writers to bring their wonderful words to life.
